This was my second physical therapy with PT Professional 2023, 2025. I had knee surgery and the staff was awesome. Starting with the front desk and the physical therapist. I had a chance to work and experience each one. Dr. Justin was my primary therapist and I will recommend him at all times. He's caring Professional and see that you leave better than you came. I had knee replacement and then scar tissue removal on same knee which led me to this wonderful Therapy Professionals. Perfectly named because they are very knowledgeable in what they do. Not only did they work my knee to get the results I needed but they educated me, answered every question I had and I asked alot. Also, when I needed to adjust my schedule they were very accommodating and would notify me of open spaces I didn't even ask for. I was very skeptical when I first went there but that quickly changed. Now I miss seeing the people who cared about me and my need. They are all great people who make your day the best even if you went in feeling defeated. I worked with Sydney and Justin (you're the best) in Palm Bay facility and if I ever have to need therapy again I won't go anywhere else. God bless them and PT Professionals.

“Total satisfaction”, that’s how I would describe my experience at PT Professionals. I was diagnosed with several shoulder tears, some severe. Shoulder replacement surgery was recommended. My surgeon agreed to therapy before surgery. My therapist Justin was simply incredible. His knowledge and commitment to regaining as much shoulder function as possible. After 20 sessions with Justin I’m delaying my decision to have surgery and continuing with exercises at home until next year. I have to mention the entire staff as well including the front desk. Justin thank you again.

I have had back pain for 50 years. Added osteoporisis with several vertebrae fractures for the last 10 years and scoliosis and I needed help building my muscles to be able to walk without a cane and improve my balance. Justin Jadunandan and Krissaley Blair worked with me for 8 weeks and the results have been amazing. I am committed to home exercise and follow the home exercises faithfully, My personalized program progressed as my flexibility and strength improved. Exercises are sent to my inbox for home use. In addition to my individualized exercises, Justin explained each exercise and the target muscle group so I understood the goal and correct my posture position as I did the exercises. I have followed up in the gym for some equipment and stairs and have an hour program every day. I am careful of my body posture and very optimistic as my strength and stamina improves and my daily activities become easier to perform. I have been to many therapists and this is the first time I have experienced real healing. I cannot thank this group enough. The atmosphere in the Therapy Room is all positive and progressive.

Loved going to this facility for PT after a shoulder injury. The staff is amazing and kind, and by the end of my treatment, I felt like family there. :) Don’t go anywhere else for PT—this is the place! Also, ask for Ashleigh—she’s the best. Thanks again to everyone!!

I love coming here for physical therapy. The whole place just has a good vibe. Everyone is always smiling, in a good mood, and you can tell they actually enjoy what they do. Justin is the best! He’s definitely going to push you and make you work hard, but he also keeps it fun. He jokes around, makes you laugh, and somehow makes the hard sessions go by faster. You’ll feel it the next day for sure, but you’ll also feel proud of the progress you’re making. You’re not just going through the motions here you’re actually putting in real work. But the environment makes it enjoyable. I 100% recommend this place if you want results and a team that actually cares.

As an active person, I was in a pretty dark place when MD's had told me that old injuries incurred in the USMC would keep me from doing activities that I enjoy like running. Going to physical therapy at PT Professionals changed my perspective and made me feel like I was in control of my life again. Dr. Justin J. was able to assess the primary pain I felt in my knee and educate me on how my body was compensating and engaging in ways that had impacts on the other trouble areas. His knowledge and expertise of how the body acts as a total system had major impacts on my recovery. As a former runner engaged in marathon training, I was unable to run even a mile before having to stop due to pain, tightness and the fear of making things even worse. Now, I'm able to run 3 mi at a comfortable pace and have an understanding on how to continue training my specific problem areas. The whole staff was caring and helpful, and made me feel confident during my recovery. Personable conversation and genuine care made me feel comfortable enough to look forward to appointments, no matter what kind of challenges Justin threw at me. I hope that the level of professionalism and expertise continue at this facility. They truly are changing people's lives one appointment at a time.

PT Professionals has been by far the best physical therapy office I have been treated at in my 34 years in this area of Brevard County. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The office has a friendly and no-stress environment. Dr. Justin J. was phenomenal as well as Dr. Jacob, Dr. Krissaley, Dr. Sydney, and Dr Evan. They are a great team and I highly recommend them. They not only worked on me but on my 90 year old mom as well and they accomplished their goals on both of us. Thank you PT Professionals of Palm Bay!!

Justin, Andy and their team at PT Professionals in Palm Bay are solid and are indeed the ultimate team of professional PT doctors I have ever worked with. They are very knowledgeable and are not just looking to give you a bunch of busy and worthless routines unending without the needed results for your particular problem or challenges. They are compassionate and caring and it shows in their interactions with their patients, and in the types of plan they put together for helping them through their full recovery. I really had a great time working with Justin in particular and enjoyed our sessions with all the fun and jokes. Sorry for the rather super late review, but better late than never. I appreciate you all for what you do over there. Keep being the pros that you are at PT! I hope not to see you in the future, but if I do I pray it is just to say hello to ya'll.

I am currently awaiting my sixth visit for six different body parts however, this is my very first review. I keep returning for services with PT Professionals because they are a class act due to their professionalism, standard of care, and easy access to appointment setting. Krissaly should receive the nationwide Physical Therapist of the Year Award. I guarantee she will identify muscles that you never knew existed. She’s absolutely incredible. Thank You PT Professionals for providing exceptional service. TEN STARS.
